AM I GOING TO GET IN TROUBLE FOR MAKING AN ORDER?

We have been operating for a quite a while and we haven't had a client get arrested or have any police problems. Sites sell for personal use only, and may limit the amount sent in a single package. Please read law on cannabis. In addition we don't keep any incriminating long-term records of customers.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Most orders are shipped the same day of receiving payment or the very next at the latest. This makes us very different from other sites. Yes! That’s right you can have it by tomorrow in most cases. (we do not ship weekends).

CAN SOMEONE TELL WHAT IS IN THE PACKAGE?

No, all packaging is discreet. Everything is sent vacuum and heat sealed and there is no smell. The packages are discreet and blend in with all the other mail.

WHAT ABOUT LARGER ORDERS?

We do ship larger amounts, as much as you want, but these will be shipped in multiple packages from different locations to your address over 2 days.

WILL YOU ACCEPT PERSONAL CHEQUES OR CREDIT CARDS?

Payments via bank transfer crypto is also available.

WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

It's solely the responsibility of the customer to provide correct shipping details. If you have placed the order and have noticed an error - please contact us ASAP to rectify it. We do not provide refunds in the occasion when customer has not provided correct shipping data

WILL I GET THE TRACKING NUMBER?

As for the tracking number –  If you select tracked shipping option (insured) upon checkout you will receive this via email from the shipping company along with a delivery date and time. (Standard shipping option - no tracking)

WHAT IF I DONT RECIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION?

WHAT IF I DO NOT RECIVE MY ORDER?

Our store has 99% success rate on delivery as we take packaging process extremely seriously. There might be cases when the parcel was lost by the shipper, but its more often a delvery delay. If you have not received your order within 5 working days please contact us. We will investigate the position of your package. In the event the order is lost - we will provide replacement free of charge if you chose tracked insured shippment. In case your parcel status "delivered" - no replacement is provided as we trust the couriers data.
